ECO-HEALING

Our Eco-Healing Workshops bring together environmental justice and community care. These gatherings create space to process eco-anxiety and climate grief through practices like meditation, sound baths, and reflection circles. We connect healing with action; helping Asian and Asian American communities strengthen their relationship with themselves, nature, public lands, and each other.

Workshops often include:

Guided meditation or sound healing

Conversations about environmental and climate justice

Skill-building to navigate eco-anxiety and climate grief

Opportunities to connect with nature and community

PAST ECO-HEALING WORKSHOPS

In 2025, Asians for Collective Liberation in Spokane brought our eco-healing workshops to three universities and colleges, reaching more than 50 students. For many, it was their first time meditating or experiencing a sound bath. Students opened up about their childhoods and the ways climate change has shaped their lives, while others listened and learned from their peers’ stories for the very first time. These moments created deeper connections and a stronger understanding of the diverse experiences within our community.
